Reta Rats exists to examine emerging metabolic and performance compounds through an evidence-first lens.

This community is dedicated to:
• Interpreting published data
• Understanding mechanisms of action
• Identifying limitations and unknowns
• Discussing physiologic risk

We approach compounds with curiosity, not blind marketer enthusiasm.

If we don’t know, we say we DON’T KNOW.
If the data is weak, we say IT’S WEAK.
If something carries risk, we ALWAYS name the risk.

Overall my goal is to foster a community that is more HONEST about health and what we see online.

This is not a medical clinic, a sourcing network, or a stack-optimization lab.
