About me

Jackie is not a renowned Human Biologist, longevity expert, or architectural designer of the human soul. She’s a curious medical student with a Wi-Fi connection, a PubMed tab permanently open, and no plans to “optimize” your mitochondria. She reads papers, asks annoying questions, and refuses to call speculation “breakthrough science.”

She has not analyzed millions of biomarkers, unlocked ancient health secrets, or helped thousands reclaim their vitality. What she has done is notice how confidently people sell certainty where none exists.

Her approach combines reading the actual literature with saying “we don’t know” more often than the internet is comfortable with. Before starting this page, Jackie spent most of her time watching people online confidently overstate mouse data, invent protocols, and confuse vibes with evidence.

This project exists not to extend lifespan, unlock hidden biology, or help you become the “ultimate” anything — but to slow things down, add context, and apply a public health lens to compounds people are already experimenting with in real life.

No protocols were harmed in the making of this page. For madmen only.

Contrary to popular belief, this medical student is not sponsored by pharma.

Why should you trust me?

I am not an expert.

I am not a guru.

I am not a longevity expert because those don’t exist.

I am not your peptide dealer.

I have not “helped thousands.”

I just give you citations, context, excel sheets, codes, and a public health reality check.
